"The Xixbar "Sir James" cocktail takes an already great-tasting bourbon adds chocolate tones which fit in with the taste profile. We then wanted to add more spiciness to give even more rich depth to the bourbon, hence the sugar cube infused with clove and the Angostura infused with haba tonka. We then conclude the cocktail with smoked wood."
