We wanted to create a colourful cocktail inspired by the Beatles. We love the line, "And in my hour of darkness she is standing right in front of me / Speaking words of wisdom, let it be. This "Let it Be" signature cocktail is a semi-psychedelic celebration of Beatles-style cocktail flavours and experiences.
