In their own words:
We wanted to create a cocktail inspired by the flavours of Piedmontese desserts. Hence the Disaronno, pear juice, lemon juice, honey syrup, Angostura tonka bean, served in a copper pear-shaped glass. The brandy gives body to the drink and unifies the flavours.
